KUKI operates a workforce management platform that connects employers with employees for domestic and professional services including gardening, driving, cooking, cleaning, childcare, security, and related services.

  • Profile Information: Profession, employment type, account role (employer or employee).

  • Employment Data: Wage information, loan records, bonus records, attendance logs, work schedules, and salary adjustments.

  • Payment Information: Subscription tier, payment requests, and manual upgrade records. We do not store full card details.

  • Location Data: We use your IP address to automatically detect your country and suggest an appropriate currency. We do not track your real-time GPS location.

  • Usage Data: Login timestamps, QR scan activity, transaction history, and in-app interactions.

  • Communications: Messages sent between employers and employees within the App.

  • Ratings & Reviews: Employer and employee ratings submitted through the platform.

  • Referral Data: Referral codes and linked account relationships.

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser type for app compatibility purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Facilitate employment relationships between employers and employees

  • Process wage payments, loans, bonuses, and deductions

  • Track attendance and generate payroll statements

  • Display targeted or non-targeted advertisements (where applicable)

  • Manage subscription plans and billing

  • Improve the App's features and performance

5. QR Code Transactions

Our App uses QR codes for wage payments, loan processing, attendance tracking, and other financial transactions. Each QR scan is logged with a timestamp and associated user ID. These logs are stored securely and used for payroll and audit purposes.

6. Advertisements

Users on free or basic plans may see advertisements within the App. Advertisement interaction data (views, completions) may be recorded. Employers can purchase ad placements within the platform. You can upgrade your subscription to remove ads.

7. Referral Program

If you participate in our referral program, your referral code and linked account relationships are stored. We may share limited profile information (such as your name) with users you have referred.

8. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Employers/Employees: Profile information, wages, attendance, and employment records are shared between linked employer and employee accounts as necessary to operate the service.

  • Service Providers: Third-party providers that assist us in operating the App, including Supabase (database and authentication), Twilio (SMS delivery), and cloud hosting providers.

  • Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or financial record-keeping.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
